1. Closed cold aggregate distribution system

The cold silo adopts the closed bin form, the dustproof soft curtain is installed on the feeding port, and the industrial grade dry fog dust reducing device is installed outside the feeding port.

Ultrasonic sensors for efficient and intelligent control.

The dry mist dust suppression device effectively absorbs dust and forces dust to settle and avoid dust. The dry fog device is controlled by ultrasonic radar and automatically senses the loading position. Only the position for loading is sprayed when feeding, which will not increase the humidity of the aggregate, and can effectively suppress dust.

2. Fully enclosed belt feeding system

The cold aggregate conveying belt adopts a package form to effectively prevent the overflow of the dust.

3. Fully wrapped dry roller

The fully enclosed drying drum is fully covered with soundproof rockwool to reduce noise and reduce heat loss.

4. Fully enclosed induced draft fan

The induced draft fan is fully enclosed by soundproof rock wool to effectively reduce noise.

5. Asphalt, heavy oil flue gas and dust collection system

The bitumen and heavy oil flue gas in the production process are collected and then enter the centralized treatment device; and the dust generated by the white material is directly processed into the dust collector.
