Bitumen decanter is mainly composed of debarrel box, lifting mechanism, hydraulic thruster and electrical control system. The box is divided into two upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is a barreled asphalt melting chamber. Heating coils are arranged around the heating pipe. The heating pipe and the asphalt bucket mainly exchange heat by radiation. After the asphalt is heated to a certain temperature, it automatically slides into the lower chamber.

To achieve the purpose of asphalt pail. There are two asphalt buckets in the box. The "lower chamber" has two functions, one is to temporarily store the asphalt, and the other is to continue heating the asphalt that has been taken out of the bucket to make the asphalt reach a level of pumpable fluidity. Generally, the asphalt can be pumped with fluidity. The temperature was 100 ° C. Therefore, in order to meet the pumpable requirements of asphalt, the lower chamber asphalt must be heated to above 100 ° C. It is then pumped into the asphalt high-temperature tank by the asphalt pump. If the heating time is extended to obtain a higher temperature, the specific temperature to be heated is determined by the user according to the specific situation. The hoisting mechanism adopts a door frame structure. The asphalt barrel is lifted by an electric hoist, and then moved horizontally.

The asphalt barrel is placed on the guide rail, and then the asphalt barrel is pushed into the upper chamber by a hydraulic thruster. At the same time, an empty barrel was ejected at the rear exit. An oil tank is also provided on the platform at the entrance of the asphalt bucket to prevent dripping asphalt from flowing out.
The door of the inlet and outlet box of the asphalt unloading device adopts an automatic spring closing mechanism. After the asphalt bucket is pushed in or pushed out, the door can be automatically closed to reduce heat loss. There is a thermometer at the asphalt outlet to observe the asphalt outlet temperature. The electrical control system can control the opening and closing of the hydraulic pump and the reversing of the electromagnetic reversing valve to realize the forward and backward movement of the hydraulic cylinder.
