3. Turn on the burner operation on the computer screen.

4. Turn off the burner after warming up to the required temperature, turn off the heat transfer oil circulation power for about 5-10 minutes, and turn off the gasoline engine.

Heating specification: Emulsified asphalt over 55 ° C. Base asphalt is above 150 ° C. SBS modified asphalt 170 ° C  

Intelligent asphalt distributor truck spraying operation

1. Start the main vehicle and turn on the main power of the front control screen.

2. When the barometer of the host vehicle exceeds 6 barometric pressure, open the air valve to vent the entire operating system.

3. Depress the clutch, turn on the power take-off switch, and then release the clutch.

4. Open the oil outlet valve, large cycle, asphalt pump, and then switch to the ready state (make the asphalt cycle run for more than 15 minutes)

5. Unfold the spray rack, and turn on the preparation to spraying. (The spray switch must be in the ready state when the work is paused to make the asphalt pump circulate.)

Asphalt spreader finishing operation

1. When the pump of asphalt distributor truck is recirculated, close the oil outlet valve and run for about 20 seconds, then spray it until it is sprayed, and spray a small amount of asphalt in the pipeline.

2. Put the preparation to a stop state, turn off the asphalt pump in turn, large circulation, etc.

3. Depress the clutch, turn off the power take-off switch, and then release the clutch.

4. Close the main vent valve of the spray system.
